QuikTrip, one of the nation’s premier convenience and gasoline marketers, announces the launch of its new chicken tenders on the QT Kitchens menu at all greater Atlanta metro, the greater Charlotte metropolitan and the Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. area locations, after receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback during a trial-run at various locations in the city this winter.
The juicy, all-white and 100% tender meat real chicken tenders are made with a crispy home-style breading and seasoned with a blend of southern spices. The chicken tenders are marinated and then baked, and feature a slightly spicy taste for the perfect kick. QT’s chicken tenders are served in a four-piece portion, and the choice of a dipping sauce of the customer’s liking: ranch, honey mustard, BBQ, chipotle, Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce, cheese, marinara, salsa, garlic butter or sour cream. QT’s brand-new chicken tenders cost $3.49 for the four-piece offering and dipping sauce.
“We were eager to test our newly-developed chicken tenders in the Atlanta market this winter, and received really positive feedback from the community, which was a great greenlight to proceed forward and include the item as an official product on the QT Kitchens menu,” said Chef Ryan Boone, who developed the product from the QT Corporate Kitchen in Tulsa, Okla. “Chicken tenders are a staple food item and well-liked by many, so we think this is a great addition on our southeast regional QT Kitchens menu and hope our customers in Atlanta continue to enjoy them when they are seeking a delicious and quick to-go meal or snack.”
Not everyone can enjoy QT’s newest product—yet. The chicken tenders are offered exclusively in QT’s southern region at QT Kitchen stores in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, as well as in the greater Charlotte metropolitan and the Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. area stores.
The new QT Kitchens item also features new packaging, specially created for the to-go customer. The chicken tenders are served in a durable, custom snacking box with a special dip compartment that makes it simple for customers who are on-the-go to eat with ease.
