JONESBORO, GA (February 17, 2016) – NASCAR fans, start your engines! QuikTrip, one of the nation’s premier convenience and gasoline marketers, will host a Pit Party for NASCAR and QT fans on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at a new Jonesboro QuikTrip store. The party will kick-off the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 NASCAR race week.

The pit party will feature a variety of activities and entertainment throughout the day. The entertainment will include a live performance by country artist Corey Kent White, appearances by Coca-Cola Racing Family driver Darrell “Bubba” Wallace Jr., the Coca Cola Racing Simulator, WUBL-FM 94.9 The Bull, former Atlanta Falcon linebacker Jessie Tuggle, Harry the Hawk and the Atlanta Hawk Cheerleaders, the Twisted Tea pace car, the Red Bull Juke Box, prizes and free food sampling provided by QT Kitchens.

“In hosting QT’s Pit Party, we hope to share information about how fans can honor and support military members and their families and show appreciation for the sacrifices they have made to our country in conjunction with the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 event,” said Atlanta Division Manager Marc Milburn. “To share this thrilling and rewarding event with the Atlanta community is a privilege.”

QT’s Pit Party will take place at store 799, located at 8140 Tara Blvd., Jonesboro, GA, 30236 from 10am-4pm.
