TULSA, Okla. (June 18, 2014) – QuikTrip, one of the nation’s premier convenience and gasoline marketers, today officially launched its fresh, made-to-order menu of food, premium drinks and frozen treats in Tulsa, Okla. Customers are able to order fresh, made-to-order food at the new QT Kitchens full-service counters each day from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Forty-two Tulsa QuikTrip locations are currently offering the new QT Kitchens menu, with several more Tulsa stores making the conversion to full service counters by the end of the year. QuikTrip is in the process of installing the QT Kitchens full service counter in most of the 696+ stores across the U.S., providing this fast, fresh and convenient option to all of their customers.

“We are especially excited to rollout this new fresh, made-to-order concept here in our hometown of Tulsa, where our community has always been incredibly supportive of QuikTrip,” said Chet Cadieux, QuikTrip Chairman and CEO.

The new QT Kitchens menu includes breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, gourmet toasted sandwiches, made-to-order personal pizzas, pizza-by-the-slice, specialty coffee drinks, frozen lemonades, smoothies, and ice cream treats, to name a few.

“Our customers have been asking us to provide more options, and based on test store results and customer feedback, I believe we have delivered,” said Cadieux. “For 56 years, QuikTrip has set out to deliver the highest level of convenience and service to our customers. Flatbreads:

Chicken Bacon Ranch – Diced chicken and crisp, smoky bacon with cheddar and Swiss cheeses on a freshly toasted flatbread – topped with cool ranch dressing.

Chicken Quesadilla – Diced chicken and our pepper jack cheese blend with creamy chipotle sauce on a freshly toasted flatbread, served with a cup of salsa for dipping.

Spicy BBQ Steak – Chopped steak and cheddar cheese with crispy jalapenos on a freshly toasted flatbread – Topped with BBQ sauce.

Toasted Sandwiches:

Classic Grilled Cheese – Melted American and cheddar cheeses on toasted sourdough. An American favorite!

American Bacon Cheddar – Melted American and cheddar cheeses, with four strips of crispy, smoky bacon on toasted sourdough.

Three-Cheese Italian – Melted fontina, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses on toasted garlic bread.

7-Inch Personal Pizza – A warm, crispy oven-rising dough topped with savory tomato sauce, melted cheese and fresh toppings – available in cheese, pepperoni, supreme and build-your-own pizza, from your choice of six fresh toppings.

Pizza By The Slice – A warm, crispy oven-rising dough topped with savory tomato sauce and melted cheese – available in two varieties: our classic pepperoni or loaded with fresh toppings in our supreme.

Soft Pretzels: With your choice of cheese, marinara or icing.

Classic- Warm, soft and buttery pretzel served with or without salt.

Parmesan- Savory Parmesan and herbs atop a warm, buttery pretzel. Delicious with marinara dipping sauce.
